Team OTB · High school NIL
The Outlaws.
High school baseball and softball players from across the country who carry the OTB standard: they put in the work nobody sees, and they don't wait for permission to get better.
The story
Ranking isn't a ceiling. Outlaws prove it.
Every Outlaw earned their spot the same way: by doing the work. Early mornings, extra swings, the mobility nobody films. They train to the same standard OTB holds every athlete to.
The Outlaws are OTB's high school NIL team, baseball and softball, from every corner of the country. They represent OTB on and off the field, and they build their name the right way, following the NIL rules for their own state and school.
