Why one team

Coached, not managed.

Big programs spread their coaches across many teams. We built one, so our time, energy and attention go into this group of players and families.

Every player is tested at tryouts, mid-season and the end of the season. He gets his “big 3”, the three things holding him back most, and a plan to fix them. Practice is where the work happens. Games show what held up.

What we commit to

Five commitments to every player.

Tap one to see what it looks like week to week.

Purposeful weekly practices

We practice with intent.

Players have time to learn, ask questions, develop skills and understand how to play the game together. They know the purpose behind the work and carry it onto the field.

The staff

Coaches who just played.

Our coaching staff played Division I or professional baseball, and every coach is less than five years removed from playing.
